Toddi is an award-winning business journalist and design-thinking/user-centric expert who brings over 25 years of professional experience to her work. She is currently the Innovation Lead for Firmenich, a privately held $3 billion flavors and fragrance company based in Geneva, Switzerland. Toddi is responsible for leading and implementing the innovation methodology of design thinking for the global businesses to develop new products, services, and processes worldwide.
She also teaches Design Thinking at Cornell University’s CornellTech. Toddi received her design thinking training at the Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford University.
Previously,Toddi worked at consulting firm Kalypso and advised clients on innovation results transformation, organizational and user experience design projects. She has led design thinking training for PFIZER, Capital One, VIAD, AARP, and others.
Prior to Kalypso, Toddi wrote for Wall Street Journal, Businessweek and Forbes where covered the bond market, personal finance and leadership and management issues. She was also the first woman columnist at Businessweek and collaborated on The M Word: The Money Talk Every Family Needs to Have About Wealth and Their Financial Future (McGraw-Hill, 2013).
Toddi has made several TV appearances on CNN, MSNBC, and CNBC. As a speaker and moderator, she has spoken at The Women’s Forum for Economy & Society in Deauville, France, The Conference Board, and others.
