Roger Mader co-founded and leads AMPERSAND, executive advisors to discover and design new sources of growth. Recently, Roger served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer for Subway, the world's largest restaurant franchise and has lead projects for top brands including Hyatt, Boston Scientific, SC Johnson, Northwestern Mutual, Nestle, Hartford Insurance and Outback Steakhouse.
Roger currently teaches in the Master's program for interaction Design at New York's School of Visual Arts. Roger is the faculty chair and lead instructor for the Rutgers University Design Thinking program where he developed the online program. He has served as adjunct faculty at the Institute of Design in Chicago and guest lectures at NYU's Stern Business School, Harvard Business School, and Lawrence Tech. |
