Kimberly Senter is the Vice President, Customer & Shopper Solutions for Johnson & Johnson and a member of the US Customer Development Leadership Team. She joined Johnson & Johnson in 2016 and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the US Customer Development organization by aligning with the broader organizational strategic priorities, enabling innovative commercial capabilities, and establishing enterprise partnerships.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly was the Vice President of Category Management and Sales Strategy at Samsung Electronics America. From 2004-2015, Kimberly held various sales and marketing leadership roles for the US and globally at Unilever. She has also worked in sales, market research, category management and business development with Warner Lambert, Nielsen, Seagram’s and Catalina Marketing.
Kimberly has been featured in numerous industry trade publications and has been recognized by the Path to Purchase Institute Women of Excellence, Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching, the YMCA of Greater New York Black Achievers in Industry, Consumer Goods and Technology Visionaries and Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery.
Kimberly is a member of the Network of Executive Women and the Category Management Association. She has volunteered with the Girl Scouts of the USA and the Boys and Girls Club of America.
Kimberly received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida A&M University School of Business & Industry.
