Keith earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree, in Communication, at Rutgers.  He is also a graduate of the SCTE/ISBE Executive Leadership Institute at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.  
Keith is Director of MSO Carrier Networks at the Optical Communications Division of Corning. 

He is responsible for the creation and implementation of Corning's business strategy in the optical broadband network space.
