Jeff is an innovative financial services professional with extensive experience building and running high performing global client service and support organizations of all sizes. While heavily focused on strategic solutions, he is equally capable managing tactical requirements.
Jeff currently serves as the Global Head of Client Delivery for the SmartStream Reference Data Utility, a partnership between SmartStream Technologies, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
He was previously a Managing Director at Citco Fund Services where he built the Client Services organization, bringing on 80 clients with close to $80 billion in assets. He subsequently became the Global Head of Citco’s Connectivity Group. The Connectivity Group, with staff in Dublin, New Jersey, Singapore, Sydney and Toronto, was responsible for all data flows, other than market data, into and out of Citco Fund Services.
Prior to joining Citco, Jeff spent 5 years each at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank where his roles included Development Manager roles and creation of Global Support organizations for globally deployed applications.
Before joining these organizations, he had his own business doing Mutual Fund accounting software for 8 years. For the first 10 years of his career, he was involved in various software development roles in assorted financial services organizations both as an employee and as a consultant.
Aside from his financial services background, Jeff serves on the board of the American Modern Ensemble (AME) and the Rutgers Design Thinking Advisory Board. He also taught at New York University, in the School of Continuing Education, for 3 years.
