Michael took his Rutgers education in Art History and Communications and became a custom market researcher – one who has spent considerable time helping clients to develop new products, better understand how to satisfy and retain their customers, and optimize both messaging and pricing strategies for success in the marketplace.
He is currently a Partner and Executive Vice President for suburban-Philadelphia-based TRC Market Research. There he conducts work across a range of industries and is dedicated to generating insights that help drive business decisions. Michael loves asking questions, connecting up ideas emerging in academia with the day-to-day challenges faced by marketers, and working with others to solve problems in ways simply not possible on one’s own.
